SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS

The Second Amendment is a fundamental Constitutional freedom and a core part of life across the Upstate.

David Atchley supports the right of law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms, defend their families, hunt, and pass down responsible firearm traditions to the next generation.

He opposes unconstitutional gun control measures that punish responsible gun owners while failing to stop violent criminals. David believes public safety is strengthened by enforcing existing laws, supporting law enforcement, and protecting the rights of responsible citizens.

South Carolinians should never have to apologize for exercising their Constitutional freedoms.
